A Big Tumour in the Neck - Lymphoma or Parotid adenoma?

This guy came to consult a big swelling in the neck which was partially firm and partially suppurated. There was biopsy but that was non conclusive. I advised MRI neck region and biospy to rule out underlying pathology. It seems to be a primary lesion not secondary.
